The Bavaria Koch Club Munich 1899 e.V. is the coordinator of the Erasmus+ KA220 vocational training project for the development of a vegan cooking curriculum for the deaf community. Within the framework of the project, a vegan training curriculum, a digital distance learning system, multilingual distance learning materials in various national sign languages, and more than thirty vegan recipe modules are being developed and made accessible on a shared learning platform.
