Festive Delights for the Advent Season

🕑 Start: 2:00 p.m. (cooking school) | From 5:30 p.m.: reception for evening guests

Our President, Bernd Malter, will guide up to 10 course participants in preparing and plating a festive menu for our evening guests:

• Hokkaido pumpkin salad with root vegetables, served with a venison and chestnut crêpe torte

• Fine fish fillet in a potato-zucchini crust with Chianti-blackberry shallots

• Cherry Valley duck à la Normandie with Calvados apples, potato blinis and winter vegetables

• Iced stollen “Christmas”

From 6:00 p.m., we will serve the festive menu by the cozy glow of the fireplace. End of the event: approx. 10:00 p.m.

Prices:

• Cooking class with menu: €95 (members €85), beverages not included

• Evening guest menu: €50 (members €45), beverages not included

• Selected quality wines: white €20 / red €30 (cash payment on site)
