The Bavaria Koch Club Munich 1899 e.V. is the coordinator of the Erasmus+ KA220 vocational training project "Deaf Chefs Learning World Cuisine". Within the framework of this project, a learning program for teaching basic cooking techniques and introducing various international cuisines to deaf participants, digital distance learning materials in several national sign languages, a sign language-based glossary, and an open online learning platform where all project results are made accessible were developed.
